Question: If I purchase a hearing aid and it breaks down what are my options?
Answer: Hearing aids come with manufacturer warranties for up to three years with the option of extending the warranty to five years. While the details can differ, the warranty typically covers repairs performed in the office while you wait, or repairs returned to the manufacturer.
During the week that you are without the device, we enjoy providing you with a loaner hearing aid while yours is gone. In addition to the repair warranty, hearing aids also come with a one time loss or damage replacement. That means if you were to lose the aid or damage it beyond repair, the manufacturer will replace each hearing aid one time during the warranty period, and you only pay a small deductible.
