Answer: In our office, we like to provide our new hearing instruments with many amenities to facilitate their best use and benefit. Some of the items we include with most purchases are three years’ worth of batteries, three years of repair warranty, three years of loss/damage insurance, three years of wax guards, and three years of receiver domes. Additionally, three years of all office follow-up appointments and reprogramming are included with your purchase. Routine appointments for cleaning and servicing of hearing aids are encouraged to ensure maximum use and benefit. When hearing aids are purchased, you also gain our office staff with our commitment to your care and well-being. We get rather attached to our patients and refer to them as “Patients for Life.”
